Deliveries are scheduled in advance, helping you prepare for a smooth and convenient experience. Depending on the service selected and the furniture purchased, our team can assist with proper placement, assembly and final adjustments so your furniture is ready to enjoy.
Customers may choose from several delivery and pickup options based on their location, furniture and preferred level of service. Our design consultants will explain the available choices and applicable charges before delivery is arranged.

Professional setup
Our Delivery & Assembly Service is available for many pieces that benefit from professional setup. Depending on the item, this may include connecting components, installing supplied hardware, positioning pieces and completing final adjustments.
We can also assist with applying customer-provided floor protectors where practical. Please have protectors available at the time of delivery and speak with your design consultant in advance about any special requests.
Before delivery day
Before your scheduled delivery, please confirm that the furniture can safely reach its intended room and that the pathway is ready for our team.
Measure doorways, hallways, elevators, stairways and turns to ensure the furniture can fit.
Remove obstacles, fragile objects and existing furniture from the delivery path and placement area.
Reserve elevators, loading areas or parking where required by your condominium or property.
Share access limitations, stairs, long carries or other considerations before delivery is scheduled.
